ABOUT: A Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG) allows ticket holders to refund or exchange movie tickets for a different date/time (if available) if the ticket holder is unable to attend their originally selected date/time. A Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG) is only valid through the run of the film originally selected, and it cannot be used for a different film. A Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG) is $3.00 per ticket.
**IMPORTANT: If you need to make a change to your original order after purchasing a MRRG, please email booking@mods.org. Please include your original order number AND your MRRG order number in the email for expedited processing.
Please read the important information below:
- Please review your order carefully before making payment. You must select the same date and time as your movie admission tickets. Your Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee must reflect the original date/time purchased.
- The Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG) will be honored up until your originally selected movie date and time. Once the movie begins, you cannot utilize your Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee.
- The number of MRRG tickets must match the total number of tickets you originally purchased. (For example: If you purchased 2 movie admission tickets and 2 priority entrance tickets, you must purchase 4 total Movie/Reschedule Refund Guarantees.)
- Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantees (MRRG) cannot be applied and used after the movie admission ticket is scanned.
- Only one (1) reschedule is allowed per Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG).
- The Movie Reschedule/Refund Guarantee (MRRG) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Show dates and times are subject to change without notice.
- A printable confirmation receipt will be shown at the conclusion of your purchase. The receipt will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of your order placement. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the receipt in your inbox.
